John F. Brandt "Jack"

Born and raised in Healdsburg, Jack graduated from Chico State University in 1971. He teamed up with his father, Milt Brandt, and became the first of the next generation of Brandts in the insurance industry. After over 40 years, and multiple advanced commercial lines schools, Jack has definitely accrued a vast amount of experience and expertise in nearly all aspects of the insurance industry.

As one of the Agency Principals, Jack heads up the commercial lines division, specializing in wineries, farms, distributors and contractors. He enjoys reviewing insurance programs, building business and personal relationships, and working with his brother Joe, daughter Amy, and son Todd. Jack and his wife of 40 years, Lindsay, love spending time with their four grandchildren. Jack regularly reads The Three Little Pigs Buy Home Insurance to them, and thinks there might just be another generation joining the family business.

Joseph L. Brandt "Joe"

Joe was born and raised in Healdsburg and graduated from Sonoma State University, earning a bachelor's degree in 1973. He thought about studying medicine, but there was this insurance business in town that had his name on it .literally. Joe decided to give it a try, and joined his father and brother at the Brandt Agency. He never looked back. He learned the business by selling life and disability insurance for Northwestern Mutual Life, and then transitioned to selling personal lines insurance, health and disability insurance.

Joe specializes in estate planning and employee benefits, along with managing the human resources department. He also makes sure the agency always keeps up with the latest technology. Joe enjoys working with his clients, along with his very talented staff. He's a fourth-generation Healdsburg native, and has an active role in the community, including many years of coaching - from Pop Warner, to Little League, to Healdsburg High Football. (Go Hounds!) Joe is the proud father of two children, Rachel and Justin.

Todd F. Brandt

Born and raised in Healdsburg, Jack's son Todd graduated from Sonoma State University, earning a bachelor's degree in business, and joined the insurance agency 1998. He started assisting in the personal lines department before becoming a producer in the commercial lines department in 2000. Todd is a graduate of a highly regarded commercial lines school based in Texas. He enjoys establishing and building new relationships with local business owners. As a commercial lines producer, he focuses on wineries, farms, and habitational insurance. He also manages the I.T. and technical aspects within the agency. Todd likes to play golf in his free time. He and his wife Nancy have two sons, Milton and Parker.

Greg Marguglio

Raised in Healdsburg, Greg earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington, and is a graduate of the National Alliance Commercial Producer School. Greg has over 12 years of sales experience, and spent five years in the lumber industry before joining the Brandt Insurance team. Greg might not have been born with the insurance business bug, but he probably picked it up from hanging around the Brandt house as a kid. As a producer, he focuses on all things business and commercial, with emphasis in farms and wineries. Greg is married to Kristina, and he enjoys being active and outdoors. In 2011, Greg and Kristina welcomed their daughter, Isabella.

Linda Lincoln

Linda joined our team in early 2001 and has 20 years of insurance experience. She earned a bachelor's degree in business economics at UC Santa Barbara. As an account manager in our commercial division, she specializes in wineries, and in placing and servicing large and specialized accounts. Linda loves Sonoma County because it's a place where she can experience the city, the wine country, and the coast all in one day. And if you think that's accomplishing a lot, you should see what she gets done at the office in one day.

Jeanene Pugh

In 1994, Jeanene joined the Brandt team, where she learned everything anyone would possibly want to know about insurance. Working as a commercial lines account manager, Jeanene appreciates the fact that there's never a dull moment. She places new business, works renewals, and upholds an outstanding level of customer service. With her two sons, Kent and Jared, grown and out of the house, Jeanene loves spending time with her dogs, bowling, and shooting pool. Sometimes, the dogs even let her win.

Eileen Massa

Eileen joined the Brandt team in early 2011, with over 20 years of commercial lines insurance experience. She started on the company side, working for Allied Insurance, where she specialized in rating all lines of commercial and farm insurance before being promoted to Commercial Lines Underwriter. She has spent the past 8 years working on the independent agency side, and specializes in marketing and servicing a variety of businesses of all sizes. In her free time, Eileen enjoys scoring goals on the soccer field.

Amy Brandt Browning

Jack's daughter Amy heeded the call of the family business in 1995. With 15+ years of experience, she has become the personal lines veteran and department manager. She works well with everyone, reviews insurance programs, and is an official guru of personal lines. Amy and her husband Craig have two young children, Connor and Alivia. Grandpa Jack and Great Uncle Joe have already ordered the kids' business cards, but insist there's no pressure.

Colleen Ryan

A native of Sonoma County, Colleen joined the Brandt Insurance team in 2011, managing accounts in our personal lines department. A hybrid of 30 years of personal and commercial lines experience, Colleen brings a very broad knowledge of the insurance industry to our team. She has lived in Windsor raising her two daughters with her husband Dan for the past 25 years, loves the area and will never leave. In her free time, Colleen enjoys stained glass creative craft hobbies, and spending time with her family.

Laura Kent

Laura joined the Brandt team in early 2002. She was hired to learn the industry from the ground up, and has she ever. She quotes and places all our new personal lines business. In addition to her account manager role, she assists the life and employee benefits division. Laura is always the life of the party. And although she's never one to hide in her shell, she has a well-known affection for turtles.

Jennifer Morgan

A Bay Area native, Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree from Sonoma State and joined the Brandt team in 2005. She provides support for the commercial lines department. Jennifer enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and develop personal and professional relationships, along with the family atmosphere at Brandt. She and her husband Tony are proud parents to son Jace. In her free time, Jennifer loves to play soccer and softball - which explains why she's such a good team player at work, too.

Justin Brandt

The youngest member the Brandt team, Joe's son Justin recently graduated from Santa Rosa Junior College, and is currently studying communications at Fresno State. After graduating, Justin will return to follow in his dad's footsteps, and join as a member of the third generation of Brandt Insurance. When not at school, Justin assists in the personal lines department while learning the insurance industry. He also plays a large role in helping the division transition to a paperless environment.

Sally Smith

As a teenager, Sally Brandt cleaned her father Milt's insurance office. The oldest sister of Jack and Joe, Sally returned to Healdsburg after 32 years operating a ranch in Wyoming with her husband Barry, and their two children, Ty and Shannon. Sally joined back up with the family business in 2005. (Which just goes to prove that you can take the cowgirl out of the insurance business, but you can't take the insurance business out of the cowgirl.) Sally heads up the claims department, along with assisting in the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Karin Salling

Karin was raised in Knights Valley and currently lives with her husband and youngest daughter in Santa Rosa. Prior to heading up our accounting department, she worked in many different areas including working for a political consultant, managing a fitness center and most recently doing accounts payable and payroll in the retail grocery industry. She is a student in the Santa Rosa Junior College Culinary Arts Program and has won multiple cooking awards. In her spare time she enjoys spending time and cooking for her family and friends, going to Disneyland as often as possible, and entering recipe and cooking competitions.
